Early Bird Entry Deadline: March 1, 2024
Final Entry Deadline: March 22, 2024
Product Deadline:  April 5, 2024

The entry form can be printed out and completed by hand or typed, or it can be downloaded to be completed and returned as an email attachment.  If you scan the completed entry form, please save it as a PDF as JPG and other images can be harder to read and print.   If you have difficulty downloading the entry form, please email us at WinemakerChallenge@yahoo.com and we will send it to you.

Please fill out the form completely and legibly.     If you are charging entry fee and completing multiple forms, credit card information need only be given once.   For your security, delete credit card information from copy of form enclosed with your wine shipment.    Keep a copy of the completed entry form for your records.

Online entry is provided by EnofileOnline, a third party facilitator for wine competitions.  Wine Competition entry fees can be paid online through their system, or by mailing a check, or by sending credit card information.  Fees are due at time of entry.

Entry fees can be paid by check or credit card -  see Entry Instructions page of this website for our mailing address, fax and email.   If you have questions about submitting your entry, to confirm we have received it, or to arrange for payment of fees, email us at WinemakerChallenge@yahoo.com or call  760-522-3167
